An investigation by the Investigative Police of Chile (PDI) has revealed that Guillermo Maripán allegedly sent intimate images of Carmen Castillo to the gossip website “Infama” in retaliation for their breakup.

Investigators determined that the Torino FC of Italy player, “engaged in the conduct of exhibiting an intimate image record of the victim without authorization.”

PDI Report Details Allegations Against Guillermo Maripán

According to a report accessed by ADN, the PDI confirmed that Maripán contacted the portal via Instagram, offering intimate material of “Carmen Tuitera.”

As evidence, the defender sent a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation showing a sexually explicit video of Castillo, which she had sent him on December 24, 2024.

“If you publish it, another page will publish it, I’ll give you the scoop,” Maripán reportedly told the gossip site, according to the report. “But you already exposed me, if you want to play this game I won’t stay silent.”

This allowed the PDI to establish that the accused “engaged in the conduct of exhibiting an intimate image record of the victim, without authorization.”

Player’s Retaliatory Actions

The report also relies on statements from Castillo and other witnesses who said that Maripán reacted with “erratic” and offensive behavior after the social media personality ended their relationship.

Based on the details provided, police have suggested to prosecutors “to reiterate the order to seize Maripán’s technological devices and request Meta for data from the owner of the “Infama” account to obtain further information.”
