Breda’s Hotel Nassau to Reopen with New Restaurant, Bar Belle
Hotel Nassau Breda, a landmark destination in the heart of the Dutch city, is set to relaunch its dining experience with the opening of Bar Belle. After more than three years without a dedicated restaurant, Hotel Nassau is aiming to recapture a sense of Parisian elegance combined with Mediterranean flair, according to reports. The hotel, which boasts a royal atmosphere and a rich history as a former residence of noble families, is positioning Bar Belle as a key element of its luxury experience.

Het Koor offers a vegetarian breakfast menu, while the brasserie features an extensive buffet with breads, hot food, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruit, served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.
The bar serves a wide range of appetizers, sandwiches, soups, salads, main courses, and desserts, alongside classic and signature cocktails. The bar is open from 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and from 3:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
