Iron Maiden Adds Two Dates to 2026 North American Tour Due to High Demand
Heavy metal icons Iron Maiden have expanded their 2026 “Run for Your Lives” North American tour with two additional shows in Toronto and Los Angeles, responding to overwhelming fan demand.
The legendary band will now perform two nights at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on August 29 and 30, and at Los Angeles’ BMO Stadium on September 25 and 26. Tickets for all North American dates go on sale to the general public this Friday. The tour celebrates the band’s 50th anniversary and features a setlist drawing heavily from their first nine studio albums.
Megadeth, who are preparing to release their final album in January, will support Iron Maiden on nearly all dates, with fellow “Big 4” thrash metal band Anthrax joining as support on select shows. Lead singer Bruce Dickinson expressed his excitement about the tour, stating, “This whole tour has been such great fun… I really enjoy belting out all these great old songs, and the whole band are loving playing them too!” He also highlighted the inclusion of fan favorites like “Hallowed,” “Run to the Hills,” and “Rime of the Ancient Mariner.” Fans eager to explore the band’s discography can find a ranking of Iron Maiden albums on Loudwire.
The addition of these dates underscores Iron Maiden’s continued popularity and enduring legacy within the metal community, ensuring more fans will have the opportunity to experience their live performance. Further tour information, including the complete itinerary, is available on the band’s official website.
Officials stated that the general public ticket sale will proceed as scheduled this Friday.
