These winds are forecast to gradually decrease to 55 to 65 kilometers per hour, with gusts up to 75 kilometers per hour, by this evening (November 30). By the morning of December 1, wind speeds are expected to further reduce to 45 to 55 kilometers per hour, with gusts up to 65 kilometers per hour.
The sea remains turbulent and is likely to stay that way through December 1.
