TV 2 is set to launch a new reality competition series, “Ligaen,” blending athletic challenges with comedic performance-a format gaining popularity with viewers. The show will feature five well-known Norwegian personalities – Morten Ramm, Jenny Skavland, Truls Svendsen, Tete Lidbom, and Helene Olafsen – competing for the title of Norway’s most memorable athlete. Hosted by podcaster and reality TV veteran Jon Martin Henriksen, “Ligaen” is slated to premiere in February.
A well-known podcast host will be fronting TV 2’s new humor-reality competition, “Ligaen,” where five prominent personalities will battle it out to be crowned Norway’s most memorable athlete.
Morten Ramm, Jenny Skavland, Truls Svendsen, Tete Lidbom, and Helene Olafsen are all set to compete in the reality program, which premieres in February.

Jon Martin Henriksen will host the show.
“In ‘Ligaen,’ some of the country’s most entertaining people will compete to see who is Norway’s funniest athlete, and it can’t be anything but very fun,” Henriksen said in a press release.
The competition won’t just reward winning; contestants will also be judged on their showmanship, creativity, and humor. This format blends athletic challenges with comedic performance, a popular trend in reality television.

“Viewers can look forward to laughter, a strong competitive spirit, huge blunders, and – surprisingly – very impressive performances. We’ll also have some vomiting and tears along the way,” he added.
Henriksen is already known as the host of the podcast *Spårtsklubben* and a number of reality programs.
