Footage of the incident quickly spread across social media, showing security rushing to assist her. She was subsequently removed from the stage on a stretcher. Despite the fall, the competition continued as scheduled.
Miss Jamaica Organization Releases Statement on Fall
The Miss Jamaica Organization shared a statement regarding Gabrielle Henry’s fall via social media:
“Gabrielle Henry, Miss Universe Jamaica 2025, was immediately transported to Paolo Rangsit Hospital, where medical professionals are attending to her care and have advised that she is not suffering from any life-threatening injuries; however, they are continuing to run tests to ensure her full recovery. We thank everyone for their outpouring of love, support, and constant prayers,” the statement read.
The organization asked followers to “remain optimistic, lift her in prayer, and send positive thoughts as she receives the necessary medical attention. We appreciate everyone’s outpouring of love, support, and constant prayers.”

The final of the Miss Universe 2025 competition will be held on Friday, November 21st, in Bangkok, at 8 a.m. (Thai time).
