Vilnius is seeing a major upgrade to it’s outdoor advertising infrastructure with the unveiling of a frist-of-its-kind digital display installed at the Savanorių Avenue roundabout. JCDecaux Lietuva’s new “DigiPlay” screen, the largest of its kind in the Baltic states, promises increased visibility for brands and a broader reach within the capital city. The installation reflects a growing trend toward dynamic and measurable outdoor advertising options for businesses seeking to connect with consumers on the go.
Vilnius, Lithuania – JCDecaux Lietuva has unveiled a unique outdoor advertising display in Vilnius, offering brands enhanced visibility and access to a broad audience. The company is expanding its “DigiPlay” network with the installation of a digital tri-faced screen in a high-traffic area of the capital city.
Located at the Savanorių Avenue roundabout, the new display features three 15 x 4 meter faces, providing optimal viewing angles and a total surface area of 180 square meters. JCDecaux Lietuva estimates the screen will deliver an average of 250,000 real impressions per advertising campaign.
According to the company, the curved tri-faced display is the first of its size in the Baltic states. “This is a modern platform and a special innovation for brands that want to be visible where everyday life happens and where the largest flows of people and transport are concentrated,” said Žaneta Fomova, Head of JCDecaux Lietuva. “The location and unique format will help businesses reach their target audience, while the digital format provides greater flexibility to easily change advertisements and display creative solutions, as well as contextually react to environmental factors. Most importantly, thanks to our audience measurement systems, we can say how many real impressions an advertisement will have, not abstract contacts that simply moved past the structure.”
The new LED screens incorporate sensors that automatically adjust brightness based on ambient light levels, preventing glare for drivers and pedestrians during darker hours. The displays are powered by renewable energy sources, and lighting optimization technology reduces energy consumption by up to 30 percent.
The addition expands JCDecaux Lietuva’s digital advertising network. Combined with advertising on the large tri-faced Savanorių Avenue screen and the wider “DigiPlay” network of 67 digital screens, campaigns will reach nearly 992,000 real impressions, representing almost 61% of the Vilnius audience.
The effectiveness of outdoor advertising campaigns is measured using the “Outdoor Impact 2.0” planning tool, launched across the Baltic region. JCDecaux Lietuva utilizes this tool to precisely assess the impact of campaigns and the number of impressions generated. “JCDecaux Lietuva carefully evaluates locations, ensuring their integration becomes part of people’s daily journeys and accompanies them where decisions are made,” the company said.
