Popular race queen Kawai Shiori made a special appearance at the SANYO booth during Nico Nico Chokaigi 2026, greeting attendees with a smile and handing out promotional materials.
The event, held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba City’s Mihama Ward, officially opened on April 25, 2026, with Kawai actively engaging visitors throughout the weekend. As a current race ambassador for LM Corsa, she continues her second consecutive year in the role, having already competed in this year’s Super GT series.
On the final day of the festival, April 26, Kawai remained enthusiastic, telling fans, “It’s open until 5 p.m., so please come by if you can.” She also invited supporters to connect with her online, saying, “I hold monthly photo sessions, so follow me on X (formerly Twitter) or Instagram if you’d like to meet up.”
Her presence drew attention alongside other notable figures at the convention, including veteran performer Kobayashi Sachiko, who delivered a standout performance in a bold gal-inspired outfit that stirred excitement across the venue.
