The K-pop group PENTAGON celebrated their 10th anniversary with a full-group performance that captivated fans worldwide.
PENTAGON took the stage at the KSPO Dome in Seoul’s Olympic Park on February 15, 2025, for the ‘33rd Hanteo Music Awards 2025’ (HMA 2025).
During the event, PENTAGON was honored with the ‘10th Anniversary – Influential Artist’ award, solidifying their significant impact on the K-pop scene over the past decade.
Accepting the award, the group shared, “It feels like the past 10 years have flown by. We, as members who came together with passion and drive, have reached this 10th anniversary with unwavering hearts. We seek to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and acknowledge all the hard function.”
The group continued, expressing their gratitude to their fans, known as UNIVERSE, stating, “There wouldn’t be a PENTAGON without the UNIVERSE who have always supported us. We truly love you.” They added, “We are PENTAGON, the bees who want to sing forever next to the flower called UNIVERSE. We will continue to sing forever next to UNIVERSE. Thank you.”
PENTAGON then delivered a powerful performance, opening with their fan song “Promise” and culminating in “Shine,” bringing the celebratory atmosphere to a peak.
The performance showcased the group’s enduring strength as a complete unit, despite a period of inactivity due to individual member’s military service and solo endeavors. Reunited after more than three years, PENTAGON demonstrated their signature energetic stage presence and tight teamwork.
Having marked their successful return to the stage at ‘HMA 2025,’ PENTAGON plans to continue active promotions across various fields.
