Rob Zombie Releases New Song “Punks and Demons,” Announces Album ‘The Great Satan’
Rob Zombie has released his new song and music video, “Punks and Demons,” today, marking the artist’s first new music in almost five years.
The track is the lead single from Zombie’s upcoming eighth studio album, The Great Satan, scheduled for release on February 27, 2026, via Nuclear Blast Records. The current band lineup features Mike Riggs on guitar, Rob “Blasko” Nicholson on bass, and Ginger Fish on drums. The album’s release is highly anticipated by fans eager for a continuation of Zombie’s signature blend of horror and hard rock.
The Great Satan is produced by Zeuss, who previously worked with Zombie on 2016’s The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser and 2021’s The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy, as well as composing music for films like 3 from Hell. Fans can find various album editions – including vinyl, CD, and cassette – available for pre-order now on Nuclear Blast’s website.
Attendees at the 20th anniversary screenings of The Devil’s Rejects earlier this week were the first to hear “Punks and Demons.” The full track listing for The Great Satan is: F.T.W. 84, Tarantula, (I’m a) Rock’N’Roller, Heathen Days, Who Am I, Black Rat Coffin, Sir Lord Acid Wolfman, Punks and Demons, The Devilman, Out of Sight, Revolution Motherfuckers, Welcome to the Electric Age, The Black Scorpion, Unclean Animals, and Grave Discontent.
Pre-orders are currently being accepted, and the full album is expected to deliver the intense, cinematic soundscapes fans have come to expect from Rob Zombie.
