Tymur Tkachenko, the head of the Ukrainian capital’s military administration, said at least one strike was recorded on the eastern outskirts of Kyiv.

Vladyslav Voloshyn, a Ukrainian military spokesperson for the southern region, told the Ukrinform news agency that Ukrainian forces still controlled Zaliznychne in the Zaporizhzhia frontline region, despite Russian claims of occupying the settlement.
Ukrainian strikes in Russia’s Belgorod region killed one civilian and injured at least seven others, according to local officials cited by the Russian news agency TASS. The attacks also damaged water infrastructure, disrupting water supplies to several villages in the Borisovsky and Rakityansky districts of Belgorod, which are located near the Russia-Ukraine border, according to a statement from the regional water company on Telegram.
