Slavia Prague Hammered With Heavy Suspensions Following Disciplinary Ruling
Slavia Prague has been dealt a massive blow as the league’s disciplinary committee handed down severe bans to three key players, leaving the club’s squad depleted and sparking internal friction. In a ruling that saw three Slavia players receive high penalties, the committee showed little leniency toward the squad’s conduct.

The most severe punishment was reserved for Moses, who has been sidelined for eight matches. Close behind is Chorý, who will miss six games. Douděra also faces a significant absence, receiving a three-match ban. These harsh penalties for the Slavia players create a significant void in the lineup as the team navigates their current campaign.
The rulings have not been met with universal agreement within the club. Coach Koubek has openly expressed his dissatisfaction, stating that he disagrees with the exclusion of Chorý and Douděra from the squad. This internal divide suggests a tension between the coaching staff’s tactical needs and the disciplinary mandates imposed on the players.
Adding to the complexity of the situation, Trpišovský revealed that the club’s leadership had to step in regarding Chorý. According to Trpišovský, “nothing worked” on Chorý, leading the management to make a final decision on the matter. He noted that the club will now have to wait and see how the situation evolves moving forward, as seen in reports that management decided and we will see what happens next.
With three key contributors sidelined for a combined 17 matches, Slavia Prague faces a grueling stretch of fixtures. The loss of these players could significantly impact their momentum and force a reshuffling of the roster as they attempt to recover from this disciplinary setback.
