Notably, Tata provides a lifetime battery warranty with unlimited mileage for the first owner—a rare benefit in its class.
In terms of performance, the electric motor produces 130 PS and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in under nine seconds. The restart gradeability reaches 32%, with a ground clearance of 195 mm and a wading depth of 450 mm.
Drivers can choose between three driving modes: Eco, City, and Sport. Four levels of regenerative braking are available and adjustable via paddle shifters behind the steering wheel.
One of the latest technologies incorporated into the Punch EV facelift is the X-in-1 e-drive module, which integrates six systems into a single, integrated unit. Its size is reduced by approximately 50%, weight is down 28%, and efficiency is improved by nearly six percent.

Efficiency is also enhanced by a 30% reduction in electrical connections and a decrease of approximately 40% in the use of semiconductors. Tata has also incorporated a full temperature management system with eTXV technology to maintain optimal cabin and battery temperatures.
Inside the cabin, a modern ambiance is immediately apparent. A 26.03 cm infotainment screen powered by Harman, featuring Arcade.ev 2.0, is paired with a digital instrument panel that supports navigation.
Additional features include ventilated leatherette front seats, a 360-degree camera, a blind-spot monitor, wireless smartphone connectivity, a sunroof with voice commands, an air purifier, Alexa integration, an SOS button, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, LED lighting, diamond-cut alloy wheels, a push-button start, roof rails, and fast-charging USB-C ports in the rear.
Safety features include six airbags, TPMS, ESP, hill hold assist, and ISOFIX. Connected car features are also available, including over-the-air updates, valet mode, vehicle health reports, trip analysis, remote commands, and e-call.
The exterior design has been refreshed with a closed grille typical of electric vehicles, a redesigned bumper, new wheel designs, an updated signature light bar, and new exterior color options combined with a contrasting black roof.
In India, the Tata Punch EV facelift with the 30 kWh battery is priced starting at 9.69 lakh rupees (approximately $180,000 USD). The 40 kWh variant is marketed starting at 10.89 lakh rupees (approximately $202,000 USD). The launch of the Punch EV facelift underscores Tata Motors’ commitment to expanding its electric vehicle offerings in a rapidly growing market.
