Lithuanian entertainer Varkė Labdarkė is balancing recent professional success with cherished family traditions. Fresh off a win with partner Dainotas Varnu on the popular musical competition “Žvaigždių duetai. Nauja era” Sunday, Labdarkė shared a personal holiday post with fans on Kūčių diena, Lithuanian Christmas Eve. The singer offered well wishes and a peek into his celebrations, alongside a candid reflection on public reaction to his victory and plans for a relaxing post-competition day.

Lithuanian entertainer Varkė Labdarkė shared a rare glimpse of his family life with fans on Facebook, posting a cozy holiday photo on Kūčių diena (Lithuanian Christmas Eve). He also shared the message with Žmonės.lt readers.

“Let’s raise a glass of kisielius to you and your family, wishing you fish without bones, mandarins without seeds, kisielius without lumps, and a warm evening with loved ones. Be happy and loved,” he wrote.

Labdarkė also encouraged his followers to tune in to a special Kūčių diena broadcast featuring his appearance.

“My family and I from LNK will be sitting at the Kūčių table. It was great to celebrate with everyone, I made varkė, brought snow crab, cooked on the show, and Jazminutė accidentally ate all the croutons… It was fun and cozy, cheers!” Labdarkė added with a touch of humor.

The update comes shortly after Labdarkė and Dainotas Varnu were crowned champions of the musical competition “Žvaigždių duetai. Nauja era” (Star Duets. New Era) on Sunday. The duo’s win sparked both praise and debate about whether they deserved the title.

“I glanced at the comments, but realized it wasn’t worth reading them. This isn’t the first project I’ve won, so I’ve learned that people come there to vent. Most of them are completely unqualified, but I actually enjoy that they have a platform where they can ‘get things off their chest’ like therapy. I don’t care about them at all. Dzin. Today I’ll quietly ride my bike, release some adrenaline, and maybe visit a friend, we’ll go for a drive,” he told Žmonės.lt on Monday.
