Vivo has expanded its X200 smartphone series with the launch of the X200T, initially available in the Indian market. The new device joins the X200 family, which includes the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 FE models, continuing Vivo’s push in the premium smartphone segment. Reports indicate the X200T is nearly identical to the X200s released in China last year, suggesting a regionally tailored marketing approach by the manufacturer GSM arena.
Vivo has expanded its X200 series with the release of the X200T, launching first in India. The new smartphone joins the X200 lineup, which already includes the X200, X200 Pro, and X200 FE models.
The X200T is widely considered a twin to the X200s, which debuted in China in April 2025, according to GSM Arena. The two devices share remarkably similar designs and specifications, leading to speculation that the differing names are simply a result of regional marketing strategies.

Powering the vivo X200T is the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, a flagship processor capable of speeds up to 3.73 GHz. This is paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and storage options of either 256 GB or 512 GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage. This combination is designed to handle demanding tasks, from intensive multitasking and high-end gaming to long-term use without performance compromises.
The X200T features a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1,5K (2800 x 1260 pixels). The panel supports a 120 Hz refresh rate for smooth animations and 2160 Hz PWM dimming technology to reduce eye strain. The display boasts a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, ensuring visibility even in direct sunlight.
For photography, the vivo X200T is equipped with a triple rear camera setup arranged in an elliptical module. The configuration includes a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50 MP ultrawide camera. A 32 MP front-facing camera is available for selfies and video calls.
Vivo has prioritized battery life with the X200T, incorporating a 6,200 mAh battery – the same capacity as the X200s. The device supports 90W fast charging via cable and 40W wireless charging. This large capacity is intended to support all-day use, including power-intensive activities like streaming, gaming, and navigation.
The X200T runs on Android 16 with the OriginOS 6 interface. Vivo promises five generations of operating system updates and seven years of security updates, signaling a commitment to long-term software support.
Additional features include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the display, stereo speakers, IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance certification, NFC, an IR blaster, an x-axis linear motor, WiFi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. These features reflect a trend toward increasingly robust and versatile smartphone capabilities.
Harga vivo X200T
In India, the vivo X200T is available in Stellar Black and Seaside Lilac color options. Pricing starts at 59,999 rupees (approximately $720 USD) for the 12 GB/256 GB variant and 69,999 rupees (approximately $840 USD) for the 12 GB/512 GB model.
As of now, vivo has not announced plans to officially release the X200T in Indonesia.
