Maharah Human Resources Company is charting an aggressive expansion path through 2026, targeting double-digit revenue growth and a significant increase in its workforce to strengthen its market position.

In a strategic outline shared with Argaam, Maharah’s CEO, Abdulaziz Al-Katheeri, revealed that the company is aiming for revenue growth between 10% and 13% by 2026. This financial trajectory is supported by a goal to expand the company’s workforce by 10% to 12%, with the objective of reaching a total of 46,000 to 47,000 employees by the end of 2026.

The company’s growth strategy is balanced by a commitment to maintaining stable profitability. Al-Katheeri noted that Maharah intends to keep its gross profit margin between 10% and 12%, while targeting a net income margin in the range of 7% to 9%.

A key driver of this expansion will be the business sector, where the company expects revenue and workforce growth of between 6% and 7%. To achieve these targets, Maharah is focusing its efforts on several high-priority areas, including professional recruitment, the petrochemical sector, and the Esnad platform, alongside a continued emphasis on government and semi-government contracts.

This forward-looking guidance follows a period of strong financial momentum. The company recently reported that its first-quarter profits surged by 46%, climbing to 64.8 million riyals. Such growth underscores the increasing demand for specialized human resource services in the region.

The positive trend is mirrored elsewhere in the industry. International Resources also reported a significant jump in its first-quarter earnings, which rose 75.7% to 3.87 million riyals. This surge in profitability has contributed to continued upward stock momentum as the market reacts to the sector’s growth.
