Los Angeles Concerts This Week Feature Nation of Language, TV on the Radio, and More

A diverse lineup of musical acts is scheduled to perform in Los Angeles this week, offering concertgoers a range of genres from post-punk to rock and Latin alternative.

Nation of Language will perform two nights at the Fonda Theatre on Wednesday, October 15, and Thursday, October 16, with support from Westerman and Deeper. Also on Wednesday, October 15, TV On The Radio will headline the Greek Theatre alongside DIIV and Whishy, while singer and producer Maiah Manser takes the stage at The Echo with Akshara and Kate The Dreamer. The growing popularity of indie bands like Nation of Language highlights a resurgence in synth-driven music.

Thursday, October 16, brings Marina to the Greek Theatre with Mallrat, Shonen Knife with The Pack A.D. to The Roxy, and Blood Orange to the Shrine Expo Hall (tickets available through resale platforms like VividSeats). Die Spitz will perform at the Lodge Room, and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram will play The Ford. Charlie Puth is scheduled for multiple nights at Blue Note LA, October 16-19.

The weekend continues with Wetleg celebrating their new album at the Greek Theatre on Friday, October 17, (tickets also available via resale), alongside Renee Rapp with Syd at the Kia Forum. Los Fabulosos Cadillacs will perform two nights at Walt Disney Concert Hall on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19, offering a vibrant dose of Latin American rock.
