Grammy-winning rock band Kings of Leon has announced their first-ever performance in Estonia, scheduled for June 14th at Tallinn‘s Unibet Arena District. The Tallinn concert represents the band’s only planned appearance in the Baltic region and broader nordic area this summer, promising a draw for fans across Northern Europe. Following a recent sold-out performance at London’s Hyde Park, the critically acclaimed group will bring their two-decade catalogue to the newly constructed open-air venue.
Kings of Leon will bring their acclaimed sound to Tallinn this summer, performing at Unibet Arena District on June 14th. This concert marks the band’s only scheduled appearance in the region.
One of alternative rock’s most significant bands of the last two decades, Kings of Leon have a storied history of headlining the world’s biggest and most prestigious festivals, including Coachella, Glastonbury, Roskilde, and multiple iterations of Lollapalooza and Rock Werchter. Last year alone, the American group sold out London’s iconic Hyde Park. The band has earned four Grammy Awards and multiple BRIT Awards, cementing their place in music history.
The upcoming concert will be Kings of Leon’s sole performance in the area. Comprised of brothers Caleb, Jared, Nathan, and Matthew Followill, the group has never before played in Estonia or Finland, and their last performance in Latvia was over a decade ago – on June 25, 2014, at the Great Stage of Mežaparks. Organizers anticipate a significant influx of international fans for the Tallinn show.
The concert will take place at Unibet Arena District, a new, stadium-scale open-air venue designed for easy access. Attendees are encouraged to utilize walking, public transportation, bicycles, and/or electric scooters to reach the venue, particularly those staying in Tallinn or the surrounding areas.
