Popular YouTuber Adam the Woo passed away from natural causes, according to reports. The news comes after weeks of speculation following his unexpected death.
The Orange County Medical Examiner’s office confirmed to TMZ that Adam died of “atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease with obesity.”
In a Facebook post on Monday, Adam’s father, Jim Williams, shared details with fans about his son’s passing. “Our beloved Son . . . your beloved friend . . . died, in essence, of a heart attack in his sleep from health issues he probably never knew he had.”
He continued, “Now, we can all stop guessing. Be grateful the Lord allowed him to die at home and not in a foreign country. Be grateful he was found by friends (as hard as that was) and not some nameless stranger.”
As previously reported, Adam died on December 22. Authorities initially conducted a welfare check at his Orlando, Florida home, but found no cause for concern.
After a concerned friend borrowed a ladder and discovered Adam lying unresponsive on a bed through a third-story window, deputies returned to the home and pronounced him deceased.
