Al-Shaneef: Felix, Coman & Martinez Cheaper Than Duran – Shocking Salary Figures Revealed

Recent acquisitions by Al-Nassr Football Club – João Félix, Koman, and Martínez – collectively cost less than the transfer fee paid for Jhon Durán, according to a report by a sports analyst.

The combined cost of bringing in Félix, Koman, and Martínez was lower than the 70 to 75 million euro price tag associated with Durán’s deal, the analyst stated. Durán’s contract also included an annual salary of 20 million euros.

João Félix’s salary is 10 million euros, while Martínez’s compensation is 7 million euros. The total salaries for the three recent acquisitions are less than what Al-Nassr paid for Durán.

The analyst also indicated that discontent expressed by Cristiano Ronaldo may stem from a shortfall in anticipated financial support prior to the season’s start. Ronaldo, the report suggests, is focused on bolstering the club’s overall standing to compete effectively, rather than seeking personal gains.

Al-Nassr’s sporting administration is reportedly working to reduce player salaries across the team. This move comes after Durán was loaned to Fenerbahçe, a Turkish club, a decision the analyst described as “painful,” questioning why he wasn’t loaned to a Saudi team. Details of the loan were previously reported in July 2025.

The analyst’s comments highlight the financial dynamics within Al-Nassr and the broader Saudi Pro League, as clubs navigate player acquisitions and salary structures. The full analysis was originally published on February 9, 2026.

Sadio Mané’s salary alone exceeds the combined salaries of Félix, Koman, and Martínez, further illustrating the disparity in player compensation. A video discussing these figures is also available.
