According to David Faitelson, Real Sociedad of LaLiga has made a significant offer for ‘Maguito.’ “There is an important and serious offer for Álvaro Fidalgo from Spanish football,” Faitelson wrote on social media, though he did not disclose specific financial details or the status of negotiations.
Currently valued at 8.5 million euros by Transfermarkt – a slight decrease from 9 million euros in May 2025, but still a considerable jump from the 1 million euro valuation when he arrived at Coapa in 2021 for a fee of 2 million euros – América is likely to demand a substantial fee for the midfielder.

Jardine acknowledged Fidalgo had a difficult Apertura 2025

It marked only the third time in a regular season that he failed to register an assist, and he only managed to score one goal.
