China’s Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang attended the opening ceremony of the Luban Workshop in Turkmenistan and delivered a speech, according to Xinhua News Agency.
During his visit, Ding emphasized the significance of the project, stating that the large-scale natural gas field development had already entered thousands of Chinese households.
The trip as well included plans for Ding to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the fourth phase of the Revival Gas Field project as a special representative of President Xi Jinping, and to chair the seventh meeting of the China-Turkmenistan Cooperation Committee.
China National Petroleum Corporation marked two decades of energy cooperation in Turkmenistan, highlighting the long-standing partnership between the two countries in the energy sector.
The developments underscore the deepening strategic collaboration between China and Turkmenistan, particularly in infrastructure, energy, and vocational training initiatives.
