Nocibé is currently hiring a Beauty Technician/Consultant for a full-time fixed-term contract (35 hours) at its Saint-André-les-Vergers (10) location.
Your responsibilities:
This position is a dual-role, dividing time between spa treatments and in-store customer service – 21 hours dedicated to the spa and 10 hours to the retail floor.
Spa (treatment room) duties include:
- Performing facial and body treatments, utilizing both Nocibé’s signature services and those offered by partner brands.
- Guiding clients in selecting treatments best suited to their individual needs.
- Providing product recommendations, driving sales of perfumes, skincare, and makeup, and fostering customer loyalty.
In-store responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and building relationships with customers to create a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Offering personalized and expert advice.
- Promoting the integration between the in-store experience, the company website, and its mobile application.
- Contributing to sales goals and participating in commercial challenges.
Ideal candidate profile:
- A CAP Esthétique diploma is required (a BP or BTS qualification is a plus).
- A passion for aesthetics, sales, and customer service is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are key.
