Helloween Announces North American Leg of 40 Years Anniversary Tour with Beast in Black

German power metal icons Helloween have announced the North American dates for their ongoing 40 Years Anniversary Tour, set to kick off in April 2025, with Finnish melodic metallers Beast in Black providing support.

The tour will begin on April 7th in Dallas, Texas, and conclude on May 2nd in Las Vegas, Nevada, with stops in cities including Atlanta, New York, Toronto, and Los Angeles. The band recently launched the European leg of the tour on October 17th in Luxembourg, featuring a setlist drawing from across their extensive catalog, including rarely performed tracks like “March Of Time” and “The King For A 1000 Years.” This tour celebrates a remarkable four decades of influence in the power metal genre, solidifying Helloween’s legacy.

During the European shows, Helloween debuted several new songs live, including “This Is Tokyo” and “Into The Sun.” Vocalist Andi Deris discussed the band’s collaborative songwriting process for their latest album, “Giants & Monsters”, stating, “What keeps motivating us is the fact that we’re extremely different. It generates creative energy.” Guitarist Kai Hansen added, “We try not to take ourselves and everything around us too seriously.” The album, mixed at Wisseloord Studios – renowned for work with bands like Iron Maiden – has been praised for its versatility and dynamic sound.

The band’s current lineup features both original members Michael Kiske and Kai Hansen alongside Andi Deris, Michael Weikath, Sascha Gerstner, Markus Grosskopf, and Daniel Löble. Officials stated that ticket sales will begin November 8th, and fans are encouraged to check the band’s website for details and updated tour information.
