The first two stages of the Latvian Winter Motocross Championship have concluded, showcasing exciting races and impressive performances from riders across the board.
Both events drew large crowds, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere at the track. Organizers also noted a significant increase in participant numbers, signaling growing interest and development within the winter motocross discipline.
Riders consistently praised the excellent track conditions, with exceptional grip allowing them to fully experience the course layout and dynamic riding. As one rider put it with a smile, they hope for continued favorable weather, noting that “the tracks literally allowed us to ride like on butter” – a welcome change given recent mild winters in Latvia.
The championship action continues with round three scheduled for February 1st in Ādaži.
