Dominican Republic media personality and entrepreneur Luinny Corporán announced the official acquisition of 103.3 FM on Friday night, rebranding the station as Fogaraté FM. This marks a significant new chapter in Corporán’s career and the landscape of Dominican communication.

The station, which will be directed by Corporán himself, will feature a pop urbano format, a contemporary approach designed to appeal to young and diverse audiences and reflect current musical trends. The move underscores the growing popularity of the genre across Latin America and beyond.

Fogaraté FM’s programming will include panel shows and lively on-air personalities, bringing experience and youthful energy to the daily schedule.

The acquisition was finalized through a partnership with RCC Media. This expansion strengthens LC Network’s multiplatform presence and initiates the migration of two of its most influential programs, Fogaraté Radio and El Show de Luinny, to the FM dial.

According to Corporán, both programs will be restructured to elevate their offerings and align them with the strategic vision of Fogaraté FM. Meanwhile, Al Pelo Radio, an entertainment program, will continue to broadcast on Escándalo 102.5 FM, maintaining its original platform and connection with its listeners.

This latest venture comes during a landmark year for LC Network, adding to the success of La Mansión de Luinny, a 24/7 reality show streamed on YouTube.

Since its debut, the reality show has surpassed 61 million total views and garnered over 340,000 subscribers. For four consecutive weeks, it ranked as the #2 most-watched streamer in Latin America, averaging over 300,000 viewers and peaking at 600,000 to 900,000 connected devices, according to its promoters.

“This is, without a doubt, the most important announcement of my career,” said Luinny Corporán. “I am very grateful to God, to the people, to my family, to my team, to the brands that have supported us, and to everyone who has contributed to making this dream a reality. After many years of work and effort—when I was just a young man starting out in radio in La Romana—today I can say that I have my own radio station. Thank you for believing in me.”
