Southern California Man Arrested in Connection with Multiple Sexual Assaults

A Southern California man was arrested yesterday for allegedly sexually assaulting several women across multiple jurisdictions, authorities confirmed.

The suspect, identified as 38-year-old David Allen Miller of Irvine, was taken into custody on November 6, 2025, following a multi-agency investigation. Detectives allege Miller targeted women in Orange County and Los Angeles County between January and October of this year. Investigators believe the assaults occurred after Miller met the victims through online dating applications. “We believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward,” stated a spokesperson for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Details released indicate that Miller is facing multiple felony charges, including sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, and false imprisonment. The investigation began after a series of reports to local police departments detailing similar methods of operation. Resources for victims of sexual assault are available through the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network. This case highlights the growing concern surrounding safety when using online dating platforms, prompting increased calls for user verification and reporting mechanisms.

Miller is currently being held at the Orange County Jail without bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned on November 10, 2025. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is urged to contact the local police department or the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Authorities are continuing their investigation and anticipate filing additional charges as new evidence emerges.
