Leclerc Celebrates Marriage with Joyride in $40 Million Ferrari
Monaco – Charles Leclerc, the Formula 1 star, recently married his longtime partner, Alexandra Saint Mleux, in a private ceremony in Monaco on February 28, 2026. The couple then made a striking exit, driving away in a rare 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, valued at up to $40 million.
Footage of the newlyweds quickly went viral, showing Saint Mleux in a white dress and Leclerc in a white suit as they cruised along Monaco’s coastal roads. A small convoy of three motorbikes and a Mercedes followed behind the iconic vehicle. The marriage was confirmed on Sunday when Alexandra changed her last name on social media to Leclerc.
The 29-year-old Ferrari driver and his 23-year-old wife announced their engagement in November, sharing photos on Instagram. They have been linked since 2023, publicly confirming their romance at Wimbledon. Leclerc is now one of three married drivers on the 2026 F1 grid, joining Nico Hulkenberg and Sergio Perez, with Alex Albon soon to be engaged as well.
Known for his passion for classic Ferraris, Leclerc frequently drives rare models around Europe. The 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa is particularly special, with only 33 ever produced. A similar model sold for $12.4 million, according to the Robb Report.
Leclerc and Ferrari are looking ahead to the 2026 season, hoping to improve upon a challenging 2025. The Monegasque driver finished last year with seven podium finishes but no wins or pole positions. The 2026 Formula 1 campaign begins with the Australian Grand Prix on March 8, where Leclerc will aim to translate his personal joy into strong on-track performance. Interestingly, the last two Ferrari champions, Kimi Raikkonen and Michael Schumacher, were both married when they secured their World Drivers’ Championships.
