Huaral – Corporación Aceros Arequipa is expanding its commitment to quality and safety in the construction industry with a new technical training program for builders and workers. The initiative, designed to reinforce best practices and precision in steel construction, will be held on Monday, March 9, at 6:30 pm at the Club Juventud Escolar (Calle Morales Bermúdez 234, Huaral).
The training program underscores a growing trend of tech-enabled skill development within traditionally manual labor sectors, aiming to improve project outcomes and worker safety. Participants will delve into the steel manufacturing process, material characteristics, and best practices for application. Hands-on exercises will allow attendees to refine their techniques for assembling and handling steel.
According to the company, the sessions are intended to address the critical details that can make or break a construction project. “Those who work on site every day know that every detail counts,” a company statement reads. “A poorly made bend or an incorrect measurement can make all the difference in the final result.”
More than 320,000 people have already participated in this free program across the country, gaining valuable skills and expanding their career opportunities. Attendees will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the course.
For over 20 years, Aceros Arequipa has been supporting the construction industry in Peru, promoting best practices and building confidence in projects nationwide.
