A 26-year-old man was fatally shot in Racine early Saturday morning, prompting a police investigation.

Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 400 block of 10th Street at approximately 4:17 a.m. on November 1, 2025, according to a press release from the Racine Police Department. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. This incident marks the latest in a concerning trend of gun violence within the city.
