Los Angeles, CA – A dazzling array of stars from film, art, and fashion converged at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) yesterday for the 14th annual Art+Film Gala presented by Gucci, honoring artist Mary Corse and filmmaker Ryan Coogler.
The event, co-chaired by LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio, drew a star-studded guest list including Cynthia Erivo, Demi Moore, Elle Fanning, Tessa Thompson, Angela Bassett, and Doja Cat. Guests posed for photographers in front of LACMA’s iconic Urban Light installation, showcasing the latest Gucci designs. The gala is a significant fundraising event for LACMA, supporting its diverse programming and initiatives.
Inside, attendees enjoyed a dinner crafted by chef David Shim of COTE New York, served on Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano porcelain, while sipping Justin Vineyards wines and signature cocktails. Cynthia Erivo made a grand entrance in a voluminous gray tulle gown as dinner commenced, while Demi Moore and Tessa Thompson were seen chatting, both wearing Gucci. Later in the evening, Doja Cat closed the night with a performance of her hit “Paint The Town Red,” telling the crowd, “Baby, just play your cards,” as she performed over dessert.
