“We were ready to move,” said Jan Thomas, a household name in Norway, to Se og Hør in June. He revealed that he and his fiancé Harlem had purchased a sprawling home on Nesøya in Asker.

“We were looking forward to a peaceful and quiet area, close to the sea where we can relax and feel calm. We want ‘quality of life’ and a completely private home,” the “Shall We Dance” judge explained.

Many were surprised to see the decidedly urban Jan Thomas suddenly moving “to the countryside.”
