These contracts encompass customized solutions for drilling operations and fixed cooling for food processing facilities, signaling continued growth for SGS.

Union Gronnfelder Saudi Holding Company – SGS has secured contracts with both Aramco Nabrus for Drilling Saudi Arabia and Almarai, totaling 195.5 million Saudi Riyal, excluding value-added tax. The deals represent a significant win for the holding company as it prepares to begin trading on the main market.

The contract with Aramco Nabrus for Drilling Saudi Arabia, awarded December 1, 2025, is for a customized solutions project valued at 166.03 million Riyal.

A separate contract with Almarai, awarded December 3, 2025, involves providing fixed cooling solutions for food processing facilities throughout Saudi Arabia, and is worth 29.5 million Riyal. The company anticipates financial impact from this contract to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

According to Argaam, shares of Union Gronnfelder Saudi Holding Company – SGS are scheduled to begin trading on the main market starting Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

The company’s core activities include refrigerated transport, cooling solutions, customized units designed to client specifications, and after-sales services.
