SI Swimsuit Models Share 7-Minute Ab Workout Routine
Fitness enthusiasts can now access a quick and effective ab workout routine developed by Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models Katie Austin and Jena Sims.
The workout, unveiled today, October 29, 2025, consists of bodyweight exercises designed to be completed on a yoga mat in under seven minutes. Austin, a certified fitness trainer and founder of KA Daily, emphasized the importance of proper form and breathwork during the routine. “Honestly, this routine is truly one of my favorite routines ever,” Austin stated. “I do this probably once a week, I would say. Sometimes two to three times, maybe it’s a shoot time of the year so I do it two to three times a week.”
Austin highlighted the value of mindful movement, suggesting viewers focus on improving each repetition rather than rushing through the exercises. “Even if you’re out of balance or you’re out of practice, it’s taking note of it and then it’s like O.K., how can the next rep be better and it’s just making sure your form is O.K., you have correct posture, because that’s what really matters,” she explained.
