Baltic and Spanish property management firm HAGBERG is investing over €500,000 in a modern technology division, “HAGBERG Technologies,” designed to integrate tech solutions into its property management services.

The company is partnering with Air Technologies to implement the new technologies, provide training, and offer technical support, expanding technology use in daily operations.

The investment, exceeding €500,000, will cover equipment including drone solutions, professional cleaning robots, and automation and quality control tools, according to a company statement. This move reflects a growing trend among property management firms to leverage technology for efficiency and improved service delivery.

“In recent years, we have grown rapidly and are purposefully expanding the scope of our operations,” said Ivars Lukaševičs, a member of HAGBERG’s board. “Developing our service offering outside of Latvia is a significant step in our growth, and the technology direction makes this practically feasible. Together with our group company, Air Technologies, we are strengthening our expertise and simultaneously implementing practice-based solutions, maintaining a high, modern quality standard.”

Air Technologies specializes in drone solutions, initially focused on agricultural applications. The partnership will see Air Technologies providing expertise and support, while HAGBERG focuses on integrating and scaling these solutions for professional property management across the Baltics.

“The goal of the smart drone solutions company Air Technologies is to develop operations in Europe, based on practical work and experience in a real environment,” explained Armands Vīksna, head of Air Technologies. “Collaboration with HAGBERG allows us to adapt our drone expertise to other industries and develop this direction together with a partner who implements technology as an everyday process.”

HAGBERG Technologies has been established as a competence center responsible for implementing and developing solutions in practice. The division will standardize the process of technology implementation within teams, ensuring safe operation and maintaining quality standards.

In the Baltics, HAGBERG is integrating the new technologies into professional property management processes – including property inspections, monitoring, and quality control. Professional cleaning robots and facade cleaning drones are already being used in daily operations.

In Spain, the collaboration is currently focused on developing Air Technologies’ operations and gaining experience in the market. The company will continue its existing work with agricultural drone solutions and strengthen its experience in an international environment, with HAGBERG providing support for the development and strengthening of expertise.

“The mission of the HAGBERG Technologies direction is practical – to improve the quality of service and ensure consistent service delivery,” the company stated. “Before technology solutions are offered as a service to the market, they are researched, tested, and improved to provide customers with a full-fledged, efficient, and practice-proven service.”
