Bernardina Brito has broken her silence about her recent romance with singer Badoxa, confirming the relationship after months of speculation.
The former reality TV star, known for her appearances on “Casa dos Segredos” and “Dilema,” revealed that she and the Portuguese musician have been quietly dating since filming a music video together.
According to Bernardina, their connection grew during the production of Badoxa’s videoclipe, with mutual friend Daniela Santos — a dancer from “Dança Com as Estrelas” — playing a key role in bringing them together.
“We started getting closer during the video shoot,” she said. “It can be said that Dani was kind of our cupid.”
The 32-year-old also confirmed that she ended her 10-year relationship with Pedro Almeida late last year, with whom she shares an 8-year-old daughter named Kyara.
Now, she describes her current romance as a positive new chapter: “We’re living a nice phase, but taking things slow,” she told Fama ao Minuto, as reported by Correio da Manhã.
Badoxa, 34, whose real name is Edgar Silva Correia, has also been vocal about the relationship, recently sharing an Instagram story video of himself singing one of his songs with the caption: “It all started in a music video.”
