Kia unveiled its smallest electric vehicle to date, the EV2, at the Brussels auto show, alongside a new lineup of performance-focused EVs.
The South Korean automaker also introduced the EV3 GT, EV4 GT, and EV5 GT models, designed to blend engaging driving dynamics with advanced digital experiences for everyday use.
All GT models feature all-wheel drive, a specially tuned suspension including electronically controlled dampers, and unique design elements extending to both the exterior and interior.
The new GT models will also include special driving modes that adjust vehicle response, steering, displays, sound, and lighting, as well as a virtual gear selector (VGS). The VGS is designed to provide feedback during acceleration and deceleration, while an active sound system reacts to speed and acceleration.
The EV3 GT and EV4 GT, built on a shared technical platform, will offer all-wheel drive thanks to dual motors, delivering a combined output of 215 kW (145 kW on the front axle, 70 kW on the rear axle). Power is supplied by an 81.4 kWh battery pack. Preliminary estimates suggest a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 5.2 seconds.
The EV3 GT will be available as a small SUV, while the EV4 GT will come in both hatchback and fastback body styles. Both models will feature 20-inch alloy wheels with sport tires, a specifically tuned chassis, and sport front seats.

The Kia EV5 GT will also utilize the E-GMP platform and an 81.4 kWh battery pack, but with a combined output of 225 kW (155 kW front, 70 kW rear). The larger SUV is projected to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 6.2 seconds.
The EV5 GT will include 20-inch wheels and electronically controlled suspension with road preview technology. Inside, the vehicle will feature sport seats and additional decorative elements to emphasize the GT styling.
Production of the Kia EV3 GT, EV4 GT, and EV5 GT is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026. Kia plans to release more details closer to the vehicles’ market launch.
