The ThinkCentre X AIO Aura Edition was first showcased at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, where Lenovo highlighted its innovative design among a range of experimental devices. The system centers around a 27.6-inch IPS LCD screen with an unconventional resolution of 2560 by 2880 pixels, allowing for vertical orientation that sets it apart from traditional all-in-one desktops.
Under the hood, the device is powered by an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H CPU paired with Intel’s Xe Arc integrated graphics. Even as early promotional materials suggested support for up to 64 GB of RAM, the base configuration listed on Lenovo’s Japanese website includes only 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory. Storage specifications were not detailed in the available listing.
Priced at ¥792,000 in Japan—equivalent to approximately $4,980 USD—the system carries a premium that is nearly double the cost of a high-end iMac configured with Apple’s M4 chip, 24 GB of RAM, 2 TB of storage, and four Thunderbolt ports, which retails for around $2,500.
Currently, the ThinkCentre X AIO Aura Edition is available only in Japan, with no confirmed timeline for broader international release.
