Milana Jašinskytė, a 41-year-old Lithuanian native now based internationally, offers a window into her personal ideology and experiences as a yoga instructor, coach, and podcast host. In a recent interview, Jašinskytė reflected on her journey following a 2023 divorce and the importance of self-love and mindful living, themes central to her popular “With Love, Milana” podcast which boasts over 15,000 listeners. The conversation provides insight into the values and perspectives shaping the life of this multi-faceted entrepreneur and wellness advocate.

Milana Jašinskytė, a 41-year-old yoga instructor, coach, meditation teacher, and host of the podcast “With Love, Milana,” recently shared personal insights into her life and perspectives.

Jašinskytė began by describing her morning routine, stating, “My day doesn’t begin without… love for myself in bed – deep diaphragmatic breathing (Buddha’s belly) and gratitude for being gifted another day.”

When asked about her greatest fear, Jašinskytė declined to answer.

She shared that she finds inspiration through travel and connecting with people who lead fulfilling lives. “I draw inspiration from travels and communication with people living interesting lives,” she said.

Jašinskytė expressed frustration with dishonesty, stating, “What bothers me the most is lying to oneself.”

The most meaningful compliment she’s received, according to Jašinskytė, was, “You beautifully know how to love your husband.”

When prompted to name three things she couldn’t live without, Jašinskytė offered a thoughtful response: “Humans are brilliantly adaptable beings, so perhaps the question should be – what wouldn’t we want to live without?”

She described herself as a “Lover of life.”

Jašinskytė recalled a memorable trip to California in February 2024, celebrating her 40th birthday shortly after a divorce. She described it as her best vacation yet.

For Jašinskytė, happiness is intrinsically linked to love. “Happiness lies in love,” she stated.

When asked about the most “crazy” thing she’s done for love, she responded, “All love is madness.”

A cherished childhood memory, she shared, was her time as a member of the “Žuvėdra” national sports dance ensemble. “Absolutely all the years in the ‘Žuvėdra’ national sports dance ensemble team,” she said.

Jašinskytė’s first job was as a waitress at a Holiday Inn restaurant when she was 19 years old.

Her favorite color is blue.

She considers Nida, a settlement in Lithuania, to be the best place in the country.

Jašinskytė combats routine through creativity and travel.

She doesn’t recall the best piece of advice she’s ever received.

Jašinskytė recently cried in the Basque Country, while visiting a cathedral, moved by the beauty of a particular piece of art.

Ultimately, she says she’s learned to love herself, and that’s what she appreciates most about herself. “I just learned to love myself – and that’s what I love about myself,” she said.
