The Tata Sierra boasts a bold and futuristic design, with its front fascia reminiscent of the increasingly popular electric vehicle designs seen globally.
The vehicle’s overall design language is characterized by sharp angles and a minimalist aesthetic. While largely modern, some minor design elements retain a distinctly Indian influence, particularly around the front bumper.
The Tata Sierra is available with both gasoline and diesel engine options. The gasoline engine is a 1.5-liter turbocharged unit producing a maximum of 160 PS and 255 Nm of torque.
The diesel engine is also a 1.5-liter capacity, delivering 120 PS and up to 280 Nm of torque. Both engines are offered with a choice of manual, automatic, and dual-clutch transmissions with six speeds.
The vehicle is built on Tata Motors’ new and modular ARGOS platform. The company anticipates the Tata Sierra will achieve a five-star safety rating in upcoming NCAP testing, highlighting its robust construction.
Inside, the SUV features a modern cabin equipped with a three-screen display, a JBL audio system with Dolby Atmos technology, and contemporary upholstery and dashboard materials. Additional features include ADAS Level 2, 360-degree cameras, six airbags, and wireless phone charging.
