Fambo Secures ₹21.55 Crore in Series A Funding to Expand Food Solutions for Restaurants

Noida-based food solutions startup Fambo today announced it has raised ₹21.55 crore in a Series A funding round led by AgriSURE Fund (managed by NABVENTURES Limited), with participation from EV2 Ventures.

This marks Fambo’s second funding round this year, following a ₹21 crore investment in January backed by EV2 Ventures and individual investors. The company, founded in 2022, provides fresh produce and semi-processed food products to the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector, currently serving over 1,000 establishments across North and Central India, including major brands like McDonald’s, Burger King, and Barbeque Nation. This latest investment signals growing confidence in the demand for reliable and standardized food supply chains within India’s rapidly expanding restaurant industry.

Fambo differentiates itself through a farm network spanning 75 acres of GAP-certified farmland, offering traceability from crop planning to procurement, and a temperature-controlled supply chain utilizing AI-based logistics. The company also operates a processing facility in Noida where it co-develops menu components with food brands through an in-house team of chefs. For restaurants seeking consistent quality and reduced operational complexity, companies like Fambo offer a valuable alternative to traditional sourcing. Fambo intends to use the new capital to expand its geographic reach, diversify its product offerings, strengthen its team, and upgrade its technology infrastructure. The company competes with other food-service suppliers such as WayCool Foods, FreshToHome (B2B), and Ninjacart. Officials stated the funding will enable Fambo to further solidify its position as a leading provider of standardized ingredients to the restaurant industry.
