TSSAA Football Playoff Brackets Released Following Week 11 Action
The Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) released its football playoff brackets today, November 1, 2025, following the completion of Week 11 regular season games, setting the stage for the postseason tournament.
Yesterday’s slate of games saw several key matchups, including Nashville Christian completing an undefeated regular season with a 35-21 victory over Friendship Christian to claim the DII-A Middle region title. TCU running back commitment TJ Ward opened the scoring for Nashville Christian with a first-quarter touchdown. In DII-AAA West, Brentwood Academy secured a 16-0 first-quarter lead against Lipscomb Academy, fueled by touchdowns from Larry Sanders and Kesean Bowman, and a safety. Other notable results included Oakland defeating Riverdale 35-21 and Ravenwood’s dominant 41-6 win over Brentwood.
Several games remained competitive into the second half. At halftime, CPA and McCallie were tied 7-7, a result with potential seeding implications for DII-AAA.
