Samsung S-Series Price Cuts: S24 and S25 Models See Significant Discounts Following S26 Launch
The arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S26 has triggered a wave of aggressive price reductions across previous-generation flagships. As the latest hardware enters the market, consumers are seeing steep discounts on both the S24 and S25 series at various retailers, making high-end mobile technology more accessible.
Among the most notable deals is the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (256 GB), which is currently available for 959.89 €. The retailer Carrefour has implemented a short-term price drop for the Samsung Galaxy S25 for a few days to coincide with the S26 release.
The previous generation is seeing even more dramatic reductions. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has been discounted by 47%. Even more striking is the price shift for the standard Samsung Galaxy S24, which plummeted from 956 € to 375 € during a recent weekend promotion.
Beyond standard model discounts, Samsung’s first smartphone featuring Privacy Display technology is also currently available under a limited-time offer.
These strategic price adjustments highlight the typical lifecycle of flagship mobile hardware, where new launches drive down the cost of existing high-performance devices. By clearing inventory of the S24 and S25 series, Samsung ensures that its premium ecosystem remains competitive across multiple price points.
