IDXChannel – PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk (DADA) has refuted recent reports claiming its headquarters are located within a small convenience store. The Indonesian property developer, which trades under the brand Diamondland, stated the claims are false and constitute misinformation.

The controversy emerged amid investor concerns and losses related to DADA’s stock performance, prompting the circulation of screenshots purporting to show a modest retail outlet as the company’s central office. The company’s response aims to address these concerns and clarify its official location.

“Therefore, it is untrue that the company’s office is located in a convenience store,” said Meri Anggraini, Corporate Secretary of DADA, in a disclosure released on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

According to the company, its headquarters are situated on the ground floor of the Dave Apartment building. Notably, DADA itself developed and constructed the Dave Apartment, which now serves as its official business address.

Anggraini further specified the location as Jalan Palakali, Kukusan, Beji District, Depok City, West Java. She confirmed that this address is officially registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and is used for all operational activities. The clarification comes as DADA seeks to reassure investors and maintain transparency regarding its corporate structure.
