Capcom‘s Dragon’s Dogma 2 continues to demonstrate strong sales figures, surpassing 4 million units sold as of November 5th, the company announced Tuesday. the action RPG, launched in March 2024, is bolstering Capcom’s prosperous portfolio of franchises alongside Resident Evil and Monster Hunter. The game’s performance indicates continued consumer interest in the genre and Capcom’s ability to deliver engaging gaming experiences.

Capcom has continued its streak of success with major franchises, with the Resident Evil series leading the charge. However, Monster Hunter is also thriving, Devil May Cry has seen a recent surge in popularity, Street Fighter remains a consistent performer, and even Dragon’s Dogma continues to attract a dedicated fanbase.

Speaking of the latter, Capcom recently confirmed that Dragon’s Dogma 2 has surpassed 4 million units sold. The milestone was reached on November 5th, as the company announced on social media, stating:

“Thank you to the 4 million Arisen worldwide! We are grateful to share the immersive fantasy world of Dragon’s Dogma 2 with you all, where freedom and adventure await.”

This latest million-unit achievement comes after the game reached 3 million copies sold in just two months, a figure reported in late May 2024, according to GameReactor. The strong sales demonstrate the continued appeal of action RPGs and Capcom’s ability to deliver compelling gaming experiences.
