Imec, the Leuven-based research centre, has been named Belgium’s most attractive employer for 2026 in a survey conducted by HR firm Randstad.
The recognition comes after over 11,000 individuals were surveyed across 195 of the country’s largest private employers as part of Randstad’s annual Employer Brand Research, now in its 26th year.
The results underscore the growing importance of innovation and corporate reputation in attracting top talent, particularly within Belgium’s competitive technology sector.
Imec, known globally for its advanced nanoelectronics and digital technology research, continues to strengthen its position as a leading destination for skilled professionals seeking impactful work in cutting-edge fields.
The accolade reflects broader trends in the European job market, where research-intensive organizations are increasingly valued for their long-term career development opportunities and contribution to scientific advancement.
