Jackass 25th Anniversary Art Show Opens in Los Angeles This Week

An art show celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Jackass franchise will be held in Los Angeles from November 14th through the 16th, showcasing work inspired by the iconic stunt and comedy series.

The pop-up exhibition, hosted by Complex LA, features contributions from over 30 artists, including Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O, alongside renowned figures like John Waters and Spike Jonze. “Hot damn you read this right! In honor of our 25th anniversary we’re gonna have ourselves a good old fashioned art show,” Knoxville wrote on social media. “Jackass cast members, select crew and some pretty unbelievable artists are contributing amazing Jackass inspired art works.”

According to a press release, the show aims to capture the “energy, identity, and impact” of Jackass over the past two decades, offering a look at art shaped by the franchise’s spirit of playful camaraderie. The enduring popularity of Jackass has significantly influenced comedy and stunt performance, inspiring countless imitators and shaping a unique brand of irreverent entertainment. The event is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis at 433 N Fairfax Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036, from 11 am to 7 pm each day.
