The Central Sindical Independiente y de Funcionarios (CSIF) has released information regarding complementary lists for Judicial Auxiliary staff, stemming from the Order JUS/1288/2022, dated December 22, 2022. A note outlining the form and deadline for submitting documentation was also released November 12, 2025. The CSIF also published a complementary list broken down by territorial areas, representing a new round of approved candidates from the stabilization process for Judicial Auxiliary positions. A list of applicants excluded due to resignation, non-submission, or late submission of documentation was also released.

Further announcements on January 9, 2026, detailed updated subscales for Andalusia and Aragon, according to reports. These updates relate to the same Order JUS/1288/2022. The move underscores the ongoing efforts to finalize staffing assignments within the judicial system.

In related news, offers for Management and Auxiliary positions from the 202… Public Employment Offer (OEP) have also been announced by the CSIF. Information regarding the appointment of officials and the allocation of destinations within the procedural processing system – based on merit – has been released. More information is available regarding these appointments.
