Bangkok Christian College opened their campaign in the 31st Chulalongkorn Cup with a 3-1 victory over Suankularb Wittayalai on Saturday, November 15th at Supachalasai Stadium. Rising star Nattakit “Fahn” Phoesri, a forward for Port FC and the Thailand U17 national team, led the charge with a two-goal performance. The annual tournament, a key event in the Thai youth football calendar, saw Bangkok Christian overcome a tight first half to secure the win and advance to the next round.

“Fahn,” a forward for Port FC and a member of the Thailand U17 national team, scored twice in Bangkok Christian College’s 3-1 victory over Suankularb Wittayalai on November 15th at Supachalasai Stadium.
“This was my first game in the Chulalongkorn Cup, so I was a little nervous beforehand, as I’ve never played in this tournament before,” Phoesri told reporters. “It’s also been a while since I’ve played at Supachalasai Stadium. Getting those goals was a huge relief.”
The first half was a tightly contested affair, ending in a 0-0 draw. “The first half was a bit of a struggle,” Phoesri explained. “But once we adjusted our game plan and scored the first goal in the second half, we felt much more comfortable. I’m happy to have contributed with my two goals and helped the team secure the win.”
“The Chulalongkorn Cup feels very different,” Phoesri continued. “I’ve never experienced this level of pressure before, with the large banners and the atmosphere. It’s definitely a different experience than playing with the Port FC first team.”
“I ask the fans to continue supporting us,” Phoesri concluded. “Our next match is against Assumption College. We hope to see a big crowd and will do our best to deliver a good performance.”
Bangkok Christian College will next face Assumption College in the second match of the 31st Chulalongkorn Cup on Monday, November 17th, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Supachalasai Stadium.
