LISC LA Announces Grants for Businesses Impacted by Recent Wildfires

Los Angeles, CA – Today, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Los Angeles announced the distribution of wildfire recovery grants to small businesses throughout the region affected by recent blazes.

The grants, totaling an undisclosed amount, are designed to help businesses cover expenses related to property damage, lost inventory, and temporary closures. Funds will be distributed directly to eligible businesses that sustained losses due to the wildfires. This aid is crucial as many small businesses operate on tight margins and face significant challenges recovering from disaster.

“We understand the vital role small businesses play in the economic fabric of our communities,” said a LISC LA representative. “These grants are a step towards helping them rebuild and continue to serve their customers.” Businesses can find more information about disaster assistance resources through the Small Business Administration.
